1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By visiting our website, submitting a contact or quote request form, booking an appointment, or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our website and services. These terms apply to all visitors, leads, and customers of Seaside Windows and Doors.
2. ABOUT US
Seaside Windows and Doors is operated by Maxima Group LLC, a Massachusetts company. We sell and install replacement windows, entry doors, storm doors, and patio doors for residential and commercial properties. We do not offer product-only sales, installation-only services, or repair services unrelated to our own prior installations.
3. SERVICE AREA
Our standard service area covers Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Rhode Island, Cape Cod (mainland only, excluding Martha’s Vineyard and Nantucket), and Maine up to Portland. Projects outside this area are not accepted. Extended-area projects within the approved geography are subject to additional scheduling and scope review. We reserve the right to decline any project outside our standard service area at our discretion.
4. ESTIMATES AND QUOTES
Website calculator. The cost calculator on our website provides a preliminary estimate only. It is not a binding quote, contract, or offer. Final pricing is determined after a photo review or in-home estimate.
No pricing by phone. We do not provide binding price quotes by phone. Any figures discussed verbally are for general reference only and do not constitute a commitment.
Photo review. For smaller projects, we may prepare a preliminary quote based on photos submitted by the customer. Photo-based quotes are subject to confirmation after physical measurement and site inspection.
In-home estimate. For larger or more complex projects, a formal in-home estimate is required before any contract is issued. The in-home estimate is free of charge and does not obligate you to proceed.
Quote validity. Written quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. Material and labor costs are subject to change after expiration.
5. APPOINTMENTS
Scheduling. Appointments for in-home estimates are booked through our online scheduling system (Cal.com) or by phone. Bookings are subject to availability.
Reminders. We send an automated SMS reminder 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. You may reply YES to confirm, or RESCHEDULE / CANCEL to modify your appointment.
Cancellations and rescheduling. We ask for at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. You can do so by replying to your reminder SMS, calling 781-590-5566, or emailing info@csidewindows.com.
No-shows. If we arrive at a scheduled appointment and no one is available, we will attempt to reach you by SMS and phone. Repeated no-shows may affect scheduling priority.
Right to decline. We reserve the right to decline scheduling or to cancel a scheduled appointment if the project falls outside our scope, service area, or minimum thresholds.
6. CONTRACTS AND PAYMENT
No work will begin without a signed written contract. The contract will specify the scope of work, materials, brands, pricing, payment schedule, and estimated timeline. A deposit is required before materials are ordered. The deposit amount and remaining payment schedule will be specified in the contract. We do not accept verbal commitments as binding agreements.
7. INSTALLATION
Installation is performed by Seaside Windows and Doors personnel or authorized subcontractors. Work is performed in accordance with applicable Massachusetts building codes and manufacturer installation requirements. The customer is responsible for ensuring reasonable site access on the scheduled installation date. Any changes to scope after contract signing must be agreed in writing and may affect pricing and timeline.
8. WARRANTIES
Manufacturer warranty. Products we install carry their respective manufacturer warranties. Key warranty terms are available at the following sources: Andersen (andersenwindows.com/support/warranty), Harvey (harveywindows.com/parts-and-support/warranty), Marvin (marvin.com/support/warranty), Alside (alside.com/support/warranties), and ProVia (provia.com/warranty). Manufacturer warranty coverage varies by product and brand.
Installation warranty. Seaside Windows and Doors warrants our installation workmanship for 24 months on windows and doors and 12 months on storm doors from the date of installation. This warranty covers defects directly resulting from our installation work and does not cover product defects, normal wear, misuse, or damage caused by third parties or weather events.
Warranty claims. To make a warranty claim, contact us at info@csidewindows.com or 781-590-5566 with your name, address, installation date, and description of the issue. We will acknowledge your request within 24 hours during business hours.
9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Maxima Group LLC’s total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the specific work giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind. We are not responsible for pre-existing structural conditions, hidden damage uncovered during installation, or delays caused by material availability, weather, or circumstances beyond our control.
10. WEBSITE USE
The content on our website — including text, images, the cost calculator, and all other materials — is the property of Maxima Group LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content for commercial purposes without our written consent. The website calculator is provided as a convenience tool and does not constitute a binding estimate or contract.
11. COMMUNICATIONS
By providing your phone number or email address through any form, phone call, or booking, you consent to receiving service-related communications from us by SMS, email, and phone. 12. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Essex County, Massachusetts.
13. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page will reflect any changes. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
